We aren’t broken. The system, negative cycles, and intergenerational trauma is. So why does society keep telling us that we need to be fixed?

I want to offer a different perspective. One that is grounded in optimism, hope, and the belief that even though this journey isn’t easy, the resilience we build along the way can carry us to joy, abundance, and wholeness.
