What is an Eclipse Portal & How does this affect me?
A full moon eclipse is a powerful energetic portal that acts like a pause in time. Sigh of relief - don’t you love a good pause? This full moon eclipse is inviting deep awareness and release within us. Full moons naturally bring things to the surface which can illuminate emotions, patterns, and truths that have been quietly building beneath the surface or within us for quite some time. When an eclipse is added, that illumination becomes accelerated and amplified. Events or encounters can feel fated, emotional, clarifying, or unexpectedly calm… as if life itself is making subtle but decisive adjustments behind the scenes (heeeey spirit team!). However, this is not an energy that asks you to push or force change. Instead, it is gently inviting honesty and presence. Let what no longer aligns with your current reality fall away while what is true gains momentum with surprising ease.
This eclipse occurs in the sign of Virgo while we are also moving through Pisces energy. Are you feeling the emotional ebbs and flows like I am? Haha, I’m a Pisces moon so this energy is… interesting. This creates a powerful dialogue between grounding and surrender (since Virgo and Pisces are opposite to one another). Virgo focuses on the body, daily rituals, discernment, and the small choices that shape our wellbeing. I also have a Virgo rising placement haha, so this is especially interesting for me, as the perfectionist side of me is softening. Pisces brings heightened intuition, emotional sensitivity, compassion, and spiritual trust, which dissolves old identities through release.
